At KREEWEEL, every piece is carefully handmade using upcycled fabrics and materials. Because each item is handmade and unique, we ask you to review the product description, photos, size, and details carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery only if:
• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was sent.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos showing the item and its condition.

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, minor variations caused by handmade production, or natural variations in upcycled and vintage fabrics.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns that are not due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, KREEWEEL will provide instructions regarding the return shipping.
